Tane’s Transformation
94kg ➡️ 88.2kg
When Taane jumped on board, it wasn’t because he wanted to just lose weight.
He wanted to crank things up and be stage ready for papa haka regionals
But like a lot of the bros, he was spinning his wheels.
He’d already gone from 112kg down to 94kg, but did it by chasing the scales and ended up feeling weaker.
He was training hard, eating pretty well, but there was no structure, no progression and no real plan.
On top of that, he was juggling full-time mahi, kapa haka prep, travel and everything else life throws at you.
Instead of overcomplicating things, coach Kahu Brown gave him a clear roadmap, direction and structure that fit around his mahi, training and life commitments.
The biggest win wasn’t the 5.8kg he lost.
It was proving that you don’t need the perfect routine to get results. You just need the right plan and the ability to stick to it.
Unreal mahi brother. Only scratching the surface. 🤝
If you want structure instead of guesswork, DM READY.
