Diplôme Avancé Culinaire (Level 5) in Cuisine or Pâtisserie, now with a new 6-month Graduate Work Visa. Our most advanced culinary programme – A level 5 diploma that builds kitchen management, molecular gastronomy, and menu development skills.
BCAB students Nicole and Tanmay’s dish got second place in the Bachelor Student Ōra King Competition.
By partnering with amazing producers like @ Ōra king our students get the opportunity to learn how to work with high end products. These contents give our students real skills they can take into the industry after they graduate.

Within 5 years of graduating our advanced culinary diploma, alumna Kritika Mahajan became the head chef of
During her internship for Shepherd restaurant she was offered a full-time position that led to her rising star award. She continued to hone her skills at before moving to Auckland where she advanced to the position of head chef at the prestigious Mr Morris.
The Diplôme Avancé Culinaire features a 10 week internship and curriculum built on advanced culinary techniques and kitchen management practices.
