By partnering with amazing producers like @ Ōra king our students get the opportunity to learn how to work with high end products. These contents give our students real skills they can take into the industry after they graduate.

During her internship for Shepherd restaurant she was offered a full-time position that led to her rising star award. She continued to hone her skills at before moving to Auckland where she advanced to the position of head chef at the prestigious Mr Morris.

The Diplôme Avancé Culinaire features a 10 week internship and curriculum built on advanced culinary techniques and kitchen management practices.
