Maybe the chicest thing we can do in 2026 is stop judging how other families sleep 🤷♀️
✨️ Something can be biologically normal and still not be sustainable for your family.
✨️ You can want more sleep and still be a responsive parent.
✨️ You can change something that isn’t working without feeling guilty about it.
✨️ And you can decide you’re perfectly happy with how things are, even if Instagram tells you that you should “fix” it.
The goal has never been perfect sleep.
It’s sleep that works for your baby, your family AND you 🤍
And that? Kinda chic.

The 2 → 1 nap transition can be MESSY…and the hardest of the transitions 😅
One day, two naps work beautifully. The next, they are waking early, and you know it’s time to move to one nap, but how the heck do you do that with an early wake… because they need that nap??!!
That’s why I like to think of nap transitions as REMOVE + REDISTRIBUTE.
We’re not just dropping a nap; we’re adjusting the whole day around it.
And remember, it’s called a transition for a reason! You don’t have to nail a perfect one-nap routine from day one. Some days might still need a little bridge nap, and that’s okay!

Sibling room sharing can feel like one of those things that surely won’t work 😅
Won’t they wake each other? Chat all night? Make sleep a complete disaster?
But honestly, it’s often so much easier than you think!
I help families move siblings into the same room all the time, and my own two share a room too… it is possible!!! 🙌
There are definitely a few things that can make the transition smoother, so I’ve popped everything you need to know into our room-sharing blog.
