As Alysha approaches the end of her training, she reflects on how the experience has shaped not only her technical skills, but also her confidence and wellbeing.

"I have learnt so much through my apprenticeship, not just technically but for my emotional wellbeing as well. This has allowed me to understand how I learn and prepare best and how I can achieve what I want to achieve with minimal stress levels."

"Planning is everything. If you leave things to the last minute, you are setting yourself up for unnecessary stress and being overwhelmed come assessment day. As soon as you get those assessments, be proactive, get models in, get through the paperwork, and relax when it’s done."
