Hello yogis!

Reminder, there is NO YOGA MONDAY NIGHT, tonight - 22nd June as I am away. We will be back together next Monday as usual. Please spread the word if you know people who might not see this.

Perhaps a nice opportunity to consider the other limbs of yoga. We practice a few of these in our sessions, but there is always work to be done off the mat as well. Love to you all ❣️

Happy Monday, all. This evening's class will be a yin-style class. This means:

🔸 Practice is slow, we spend a few minutes in each pose and give the body time to really relax into the stretch (rather than force it)
🔸 Most of our poses are based on the ground, no standing sequence today
🔸 Stretch & mind focus. Less strength building today and more focus on relaxation, rest and checking in with yourself.

If you would like to bring pillows, extra props or a blanket, you're welcome to! I will have blocks and straps for you.

Wear something comfy, heaters will be on. Perfect for all levels. 🩷
Casual $15, Wakefield School Hall, 6.30 - 7.30pm.
