Kia ora again, I’m just thinking it would be lovely to include some photos from the casual sports day on Sunday if anyone has any. Or any other fabulous pics from the weekend generally. I don’t have a good crowd shot of the Saturday evening or the food from Saturday night. Thanks 🙏

Kia ora everyone, thanks so much for your help identifying names and catching mistakes. Please see below for an updated version of names for each photo. We still have one question mark so please have a look to see if you can help.

Thank you all again for your patience in waiting for the Jubilee book to be created. It is well underway now and we hope that we will have it at the printing press before the year is out.

Ngā mihi/Thanks very much, from the Jubilee Committee 🙏

Another highlight of the Jubilee for me was the amazing food we ate all weekend 😋 I was too busy enjoying it to take any photos but if anyone else has photos to share, feel free. Thank you to Sue & Jim from the Wild Walnut, Wendy Haywood, the Lawrence Area School P.T.A and the Playground Committee for looking after us so well. The food was absolutely delicious 😋

What a wonderful Jubilee we all shared over the weekend 🥰 Thanks everyone for coming, and thanks Tony Homer for doing such a great job of chairing the committee 🙏 We were so blessed by the presence of everyone there, and as always, by the generosity of spirit in our community. There were a great many highlights, and one of them for me was the calibre of our speakers. Here’s a little glimpse at some of them 😊

🥳🥳 So excited about catching up with everyone tonight for the beginning of a great weekend of celebration and memories. Just a reminder it’s a cash bar tonight at the Waitahuna Hall - no eftpos sorry. There will be eftpos at the dinner tomorrow night (Saturday) 🏫 🎉

It's been a while sine we've posted any photos sorry. Here's a few gems from Morree Wilson, daughter of principal Bruce Wilson (1970's) :) Among them the Guy Fawkes effigies we made ahead of Guy Fawkes night, and the old and new school houses. Enjoy :)

Kia ora everyone. This is a little message seeking help from any wonderful gardeners in Waitāhuna and Lawrence who might have a few extra spring flowers in your gardens at this time of year that you are happy to donate to the Jubilee celebrations. We are very lucky to have Kasey Roberston helping us to create posies and arrangements for the Friday and Saturday evening tables, and she would be very grateful for any small contributions of flowers we receive. Please bring your flowers to the Waitāhuna Memorial Hall next Thursday afternoon (the 19th) between 2 and 3pm. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help :)

Kia ora everyone; just a note to say a big THANK YOU to everyone who has registered. It's going to be a fun reunion for sure :). Hopefully everyone who has paid has received an email to acknowledge receipt. Invoices, and reminders, will be sent out to everyone else next week :) Many thanks 🙏
