This is the end! As of 5.30pm today Stepping Stones Waiouru is no longer.

To all the children, past and present, who have come through the doors thank you for the laughter, the jokes, the creativity, the joy of learning and the sense of community. I am so proud of each and every one of you. It has been an immense privilege to be a small part of your life journey!

An adventure today to Lilliput Animal Farm at Taupo! Some snaps from one of the groups that went through. (More photos to come for another group)

Everyone had a fantastic time feeding, patting and cuddling the animals!

No trip to Taupo would be complete without a stop at the playground. (Added bonus watching a motorcycle being impounded)

Final stop at Turangi playground for a lat stretch of the legs before tackling the Desert Road back to Waiouru.

Tomorrow is a quieter day of arts and crafts! 🎨🖌️🎉

Heading back after an epic time at Himatangi Beach. We're tired and covered in sand but pretty thrilled with our sandcastles, wave jumping and whale tooth collecting. (They are insistent they're whale teeth but they are shells. We have 2 buckets we're bringing back...)
