🙏Please help raise $10,000! 🙏

I hope you had a wonderful Matariki weekend with family and friends.

We need your help!

We are in a little bit of a pickle and really need a boost of funds.

We have a deadline date to pay for my scans and surgery before I go to Germany. We have to pay 2 weeks in advance to keep the dates locked in - I am booked for scans on the 18th July and surgery on the 22nd July.

However, the money we are getting from our superannuation funds isn't likely to come in on time. By a matter of days. It's really something we didn't see coming because this process has been months long, and in the same amount of time we have managed to raise $100K!!

Being short only $10,000, makes me feel so sad and worried. Without it, I will have to delay my surgery another month/month and a half. For that to be the reason and chance of further deterioration and worse recovery, makes me scared. It also messes with a lot of organisation and preparation.

We will pay for the flights once the funds come in but really need this money for the surgery to go ahead this month.

Please share my plea far and wide.

Ask everyone you know if they're able, even just to donate $1 each, or perhaps the coat of your coffee tomorrow.

This is a follow up article from my article yesterday. Dr Chris Holdaway is the reason I am heading to Germany for surgery. He is fighting to make this available in NZ. He is able and willing to preform the surgeries here, but has just been told no at all requests.
It's maddening.

We need changes.

Sadly, Metamorphosed is transferring from small business stature, to a hobby store.

I have been running as that for the past year and a bit, so it was time to cave and finally get rid of the added cost of a website.

You will still be able to purchase via Instagram and Facebook, although that will look different with no links to the shop.

It will take a bit of the costs down as I won't be running the website, stripe and what not. So for now, I'm giving you the savings and in the future, you'll get some smaller savings too.

I don't want to ever close for good, because I love seeing the joy my sets and petalfetti give you and your kids.

Please keep buying and supporting me, even though it won't be as professional. All the profits made go to funding my medical care - and that is about 1000 a month with just appointments right now and then extra tests this month take it to 6000. I also have a looming possibility of surgery in Germany, taking the costs of that way into the 200,000 mark... it's a lot for our one income family. And the emotional and health struggles are far worse than the costs.

Anyway, enough doom and gloom.

The wonderful thing about this set, is that Ollie, my 5 year old, created it from all the bits in my large collection 🧡

He's so excited that it is going to a new home to be played with by another child.

Time for an (re) introduction!

Since the release is happening at 6pm tonight, I thought I'd reintroduce the faces behind the brand.

I'm Pam, the founder of Metamorphosed and creator of Petalfetti. I live with my husband Jon, and two boys Benny and Ollie. We homeschool in the lovely Bay of Plenty.

We have a dog, Griffy, two half flemish giant bunnies, Mac and Cheese, 30 chickens and some fish.

In 2021, I was hit with an unknown illness and ended up hospitalised for 3 months in 2022. I have since been diagnosed with gastroparesis, Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, intestinal dysmotility, and possible vascular compressions. I'm still visiting specialists and trying to work out treatment plans, so I am quite unwell however I choose to continue to have this business as its something to keep me busy and distracted from the pain.

I love getting to know my customers and seeing what your children get up to with my kits. It makes my heart happy.

I hope you enjoy seeing the new products! They're all up on the website now and will be available at 6pm tonight.

Potion Kits are super fun for this time of year.

It's not too cold to be playing with water and creating magical mixes and wondrous play.

This Large Potion Kit be released this Sunday, but a customer ordered a Large Potion Kit, so It's getting sent of to her.

There are a few other larger sets and many medium and small ones ready to go too!
