Term 4 is all about INNER CONFIDENCE — helping the girls get to know themselves from the inside out.

Over the 8 weeks, we’ll explore values and their inner compass, self-worth, limiting beliefs, thinking traps, acceptance, and learning to trust their own voice — particularly in those moments when we tell girls, “Believe in yourself,” but the voice inside their head might be telling them something completely different.

As always, we’ll do it the Queens way — conversations, games, metaphors, creative activities, role plays and plenty of giggles and girlhood fun.

🌟 Speech Finals – Manawa Kaha in action! 🌟

Yesterday, two of our incredible tauira from Year 5 and Year 6 had the opportunity to represent Te Manawa ō Pāpāmoa School at the Speech Finals held at Suzanne Aubert School.

Both girls spoke with confidence, clarity and pride, showing just how much preparation and mahi had gone into their speeches. From writing and crafting their ideas, to practising, refining and preparing themselves — and then stepping up to present on the day — they demonstrated such Manawa Kaha. 💪🏽❤️

They both loved the experience, describing it as exciting and challenging, and we are incredibly proud of the way they embraced the opportunity.

These two kaimanawa/students are already exceptional leaders across our kura, contributing through sport, Kapa Haka and school life, and we are seeing them grow into wonderful tuakana and role models for others.

Ka rawe kōrua! We are so proud of you both and the way you represented our kura. ❤️🖤

🎉 Wow! What a fantastic community we have – our Quiz Night tables have officially sold out!

A huge thank you to everyone who has booked a table and is supporting our fundraiser. If you're joining us on the night, keep an eye on your inbox for more information about the event.
