What have our Tamariki been doing at Wallaceville Playcentre the last few weeks? Using their imagination, creating relationships, running, jumping, mixing, pouring and having lots of fun!

Wallaceville playcentre is back for their first term after the school holidays, so the adults and Tamariki helped turn the sand in the sandpit in preparation for the digging, building, castles and volcanos to have fun with!

With the adults help, our Tamariki also helped prepare fried apple and batter, with the apples picked from our playcentre apple tree!
Lots of connection and learning for our adults and Tamariki!

Our tamariki have been very busy this week! We made a sandpit volcano and lots of other fun messy play & water play was involved, which is perfect for the warmer weather we've been having 🌞

Kia ora all, hope everyone had a lovely school holiday break with your tamariki. Wallaceville playcentre will be back open this Wednesday (19th)! It will be exciting to see everyone's faces again, and hopefully some new ones aswell. If you are wondering what to do with your children, please come along. We run sessions on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9.30am till 12pm for 0-5 year olds. 😊
