Happy Tuesday! Have you felt this year moving at speed?

One minute we were stepping into the bold new energy of 2026, and suddenly here we are in May, wondering how we arrived so quickly. That is the nature of the 10/1 Universal Year - it carries momentum, new beginnings, and sudden turns. A feeling that life is moving us forward whether we feel ready or not.

A few weeks ago I shared about the 14/5 energy of April, and the movement and change it can bring.

Since then, I’ve been sitting with that more deeply. Reflecting on what it asks of us when things feel like they are shifting.

For me, it led back to something simple. The origins of my logo and the intention behind it.

The Ensō circle represents wholeness, flow, and the cycles we move through. A reminder that even in change, there is something steady we can return to.

This feels especially relevant right now.

Happy Wednesday,

I feel it is a time to gather around the people you love.

We are moving into a powerful period, and for some it may feel like the beginning of a storm, similar to the uncertainty many of us felt during the pandemic. But we moved through that, and we will move through this too.

This month carries the karmic 14/5 energy. It is not light, but it is rich.
Rich in movement.
Rich in change.
Rich in growth.

This vibration often brings disruption, not to unsettle us without reason, but to reveal what needs to be seen, shifted, and strengthened.

“I do not like the feel of this situation, but it is going to be good for me. I just do not know it yet.”
That is how this energy feels to me.
