I built this retreat because I'm living the exact capacity collapse it addresses, not from the other side of it.

Does that make me less qualified, no f***n way. I've been a Medical Herbalist and a Champion of the Nervous System and Ancestral Belief Systems for over 20yrs now.

I've guided hundreds of women and men home to the truth of themselves, where healing is a natural byproduct.

I've built out programs that inspire me, let alone others, from astrology tissue salts, parasite cleanse, reclamation of Sass and feminine potency, from DNA transmissions to the logistics of cellular alchemy and health, to being fully expressed through dance, herbs, Priestess empowerment and sacred union with that one person.

Over a million in cash in 5yrs while navigating sleepless nights for 9yrs and major extended family circle dynamics, blended families, family members diagnoses, being pushed out of my family trust and inheritance, to life threats about my work, projections up the w***o and mimicry that edged on Black Magick.

All on a highly sensitive, empathic system, a quirky way of communicating and a body that didnt get to thrive from day dot on some genetics that are heavily stacked for less resilience to stress and detox(or super psychic dna at that).

And a hermit, role model, f*k the system, community global scope mission and purpose...

AND even in some of my couch rot days of late...

I still do the foundational steps to nurture what was into what is and reform that energy into whats becoming.

And here's the most real part of this process for me...

Since my body struck out 9x months ago, to be heard, I've put on 8kg in the pain process, I retriggered hashimotos and found a rare cortisol and DBH issue that causes hyper dopamine with no norepinephrine...

Basically...

I feel unattractive. And as a Ta**us it hits hard... my body is my temple. I dance to move through life in a sacred movement of prayer.

I nurture her. I offer her up. I love up on her.

AND my body still had things to say.

And thats the brilliance, you get to unmask & be all of self while gathering your inner strength without effort, trying, striving or pushing.

But by RECEIVING YOU!

After applying Kanika to his teeth and through my voice, Puzzle the Horse, started releasing huge pressure from his jaw and tongue.

This resulted in a more grounded gait and softer mouth for the rider. But more importantly a more relaxed and naturally charismatic energy from Puzzle himself.

We all hold pressure in our stories, bones and breath. And through Kanika we seek out those narratives that hold us back from our fullest expression of self.

We gently allow the body and mind to assimilate and complete the circuit that got left open years before.

From a fall, or a verbal disagreement or long term stress, whatever the initiation, Kanika guides the circuit home. To complete and release the held pressure.

Through Kanika, Neural Skeletal Repatterning, we practitioners are often deeply initiated into the work.

And no one more so than myself. To hold it, to breathe it, to live it has been a journey of deep alchemy. Riding the flames, the waves, the sunsets, until I became a living frequency of the work itself.

Bones are living consciousness. Their matrix a wild symphony of endocrine communication. When we work with the structure of life, the bones, the breath, the consciousness as a trinity, we are invited to depths we often do not see coming. That's not always easy.

Kanika means seed, gold and atom in Sanskrit. It moves like a living prayer, completing circuits in the very marrow of your bones.

One session can be life transforming. Osteocalcin is released through the bones when we are activated, initiating an adrenal response. But safety is an inside job. It is a NOW presence, held by the breath.

A client this week who broke her front teeth said she had no idea how much emotion was twisting her spine since the accident, and how free she felt as she stepped off the table.

That's why even in my own alchemy, I honour the nails I placed in my own mind. For feeling too sensitive, too much, not enough. And I come back through Kanika to all of life's moments, making the NOW even more profound.
