Another great day delivering our Coordinated Incident Management Systems (CIMS) training 👏

Throughout this course, we explore the key CIMS roles and how effective coordination supports strong incident response - especially in challenging situations such as severe weather events 🌧️🌪️

Understanding how these roles work together is essential for clear communication, sound decision-making, and keeping people safe when it matters most.

With high-risk workplaces facing increasingly unpredictable weather events and other potential incidents, having confidence in structured incident management is more important than ever. In the critical early stages of an incident, how well prepared would your team be to respond and manage the situation until further help arrives? Preparation and coordination really do make all the difference.

Great to see everyone engaging and building practical skills they can take back into their workplaces 💪

Leading from the front 💪
Today our Managing Director was back doing what he does best - delivering our Breathing Apparatus in the Workplace course.

It’s one thing to lead a team, but another to stay hands-on, in the training room, and actively sharing knowledge and experience.

A great reminder that strong leadership isn’t just about direction - it’s about staying connected to the work and leading by example.
