It’s a CupCake!!!! From the past and One of my favourite gifts I’ve ever made. Chocolate brownie cupcakes covered in Bakels Pettinice and then made into roses with Pettinice flower paste (my recipe available at Pettinice.com under ambassador tutorials). And available at Lmcakebylisa.com. Free tutorials available. My own unique mindful method with no fancy tools. A method that uses your hands a piece of a plastic lunch bag and spoons so therapeutic that you can go to a creative space away from the day to day stress of life.
Mindful therapy can help take your mind off stress and can also help with chronic pain sufferers to distract the mind from some of the pain. It’s not a cure. But it can help relieve it. Please feel free to try my free tutorials and message me for any advice or tutorials you would like.

This was made as a special gift. Copied from one of my late mums rose books giving it even more meaning for me.
I love old English roses and peonies. I’ve been digging up wee bits of peony bulbs and potting them today. Cold but good for the soul to spend a little time in the garden.

Pick which ones I made. 🤗There are two. One I’ve given an obvious clue. The other one? Well can you pick them? I added them by accident myself when making a garden video for my Thai mum. 🤣 Must check before I finish the vids. Have a day full of birdsong or something just as sweet.
I’m sitting watching a few birds having a bath in the pond. And birdsong is brilliantly loud and melodic in the background. Thank goodness for mindful moments to reset. Gentle hugs 💜💜💜 Lisa
