Joseph Review
It might be cold outside as Winter ends but inside Mountainview’s Auditorium you can be transported back in time to Sunny Egypt with an eclectic ensemble of sights and sounds. Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat springs to life with outstanding harmonies, snappy dance numbers, a live Orchestra, and great lighting to aid story telling.
While every performer really delivered above and beyond, I would like to call out; Oliver Barge as Joseph, as we were wowed with his pitch perfect singing voice and presence of a seasoned performer beyond his years.
Noah Creba who portrays Simeon with vibrant energy and style, every dance move was on point, and he has great comedic timing on top.
Rachel Duncan delivers in the role of Narrator brilliantly, she was the glue of the show bringing cohesion with her beautiful singing voice, singing songs that span several ranges like it was a walk in the park.
Also, special mention to Flynn Morton as Ruben who gave us some hilarious comedic moments and has great charisma on stage.
Mountainview’s students have really raised the caliber of what can be expected from a high school musical performance. The audience was having as much fun as the cast.
