Hi. The following link takes you to a page and further link on my webpage where you can download my free PDF mini-ebook on the topics of self-love and self-esteem. No sign-up or the likes are required.

The e-book is more a collection of thoughts and information on the topic of self-love and self-esteem. (I have degrees in education, psychology and counselling, as well as a keen interest in metaphysics and spirituality). It very loosely approaches the subject from the EIC-model-of-reality point-of-view - or from a spiritual perspective.

You may find there are some tips in the booklet for your own self-development, or if you are a parent or someone who works with others, you might learn something that you can use to encourage them some time.

I will also be posting this in the EIC group if you are a member or wish to join the group.

Hi. The E.I.C. view of reality is a name I've come up with for my own take on the consciousness-alone-is-fundamental-to-existence theory of reality.

E.I.C. is just a name really. And I'll be posting more E.I.C. resources in the future in my group associated with this page. Presenting E.I.C. is still a work in progress.

As my theory of existence has evolved, I've referred to it by other names. However, the essence of my theory is unchanged. Idealism is one term that is commonly used to describe the model of reality. Here is an article that explains my idealistic view of reality. If you are interested, please join the discussion group pinned to the top of this page. I've just posted a new article in my new "E.I.C." Facebook group. it is about SINCHRONICITY.

Here is a quote from the article explaining what synchronicity is...

"Synchronicity is another word for 'co-incidence'. However, in a spiritual context a synchronicity implies that the co-incidence seems likely to be outside of the statistical probability of chance occurrence, and it can be interpreted as a meaningful phenomenon.

From the perspective of a consciousness-only-is-fundamental-to-reality view of existence, synchronicities are easily explained. After all, if existence is fundamentally meaningful, and not merely physical, then why wouldn't existence send us messages in the form of synchronicities?"

What does it mean to say that everything is consciousness?

It means that existence actually exists only as consciousness, awareness and experiences. And these three words: consciousness, awareness and experience basically mean the same thing, anyway.

So what about the physical? Well, seeing everything as being only consciousness doesn't mean one denies the existence of the physical. Rather it means that one views the physical as existing fundamentally as experience or experiences rather than as separate 'physical stuff' that exists outside of our experience.

If you think about it, we unconsciously know this is how we experience the physical world, anyway. We are aware that everything we experience - things we see, hear and feel, all happen in our respective minds. And minds are non-physical things.
