Did you know? 👀

Plants need well-draining soil to allow oxygen to flow through the roots- it's as important as water for growing healthy plants! 🪴
Soil that is dense and compacted does not drain well and can cause rotted roots.

BEFORE & AFTER

A client had planted this attractive plant (Monstera Adansonii, commonly known as 'Monkey Mask) directly into the cover pot in a dense soil mix. This can cause problems with water retention and root rot as cover pots don't have drainage holes. We repotted this beauty with our fresh, hand-mixed soil blend
into a nursery pot to encourage good drainage and we incorporated a fern fibre pole for the plant to climb. What do you think - does the 'After' look better?
