Could you answer last year's NCEA exam questions? 13/10/2022

The questions really aren't that difficult. Here comes the short concise answers to the questions:

LI Maths & Stats: x is either 14/3 or 2 using simultaneous equations to solve.
L2 Biology: (A) Photosynthesis is the production of glucose from H2O and CO2 under sunlight. (B) Water is absorbed from the soil through the roots and transported up to the leaves via osmosis.
L2 Economics: (A) selection of fruits and veg and location could be different. (B) inflation is calculated from a basket of goods & services. Food is only one of the categories.
L3 Chemistry: Se is to the right of Calcium on the same row on the periodic table and have the same number of electronic shells. Atomic radii decrease across the periodic table as number of protons and electrons increase and so does the attractions for the same number of electronic shells.
