And today it was Ms Finlay’s turn to come up with a healthy snack recipe 😊 so we made a “cake” from eggs, Greek yoghurt, plus a little cornflour and vanilla which we topped with strawberries 🍓and mixed berries. For sweetening we drizzled it with warmed Mt Nic honey( Regina’s) 😊 All up the troops seemed pretty 🤩 happy! 🧡

Our topic at the moment is LONDON which comes under our overarching theme of “ BIG WIDE WORLD”. Heidi, Amelia and Oskar are very excited about their family trip to Europe and the UK later in the year so we are linking all curriculum areas across this wonderful, real life experience. I think they’ve done a pretty good job on their London diorama’s this week 👍
