Hands up boys. Marcus vs Nathaniel

21/09/2026

Today we are celebrating the success and effort of two Student of the week winners, Teg, who is always super polite, focussed and works very hard at developing her craft, and Zoane who demonstrated incredible courage in her first tournament, sparring and making it to the podium in her division, even though she was at a tremendous size disadvantage, she showed real spirit, tenacity and a sparring IQ, well beyond her experience, watch this space...

Both girls are a pleasure to teach and both bring a maturity and attitude towards learning that will ensure, they become great technical Nak Muay.

Well done girls!!

Classes will still run Mon, Wed & Fri at 4:45PM, with a focus on effective skills building.

Students in the Elite programme, keep watching for further details on additional training.

Some heavy weight action from last weekend. Zach Vs Matthew.

Another grueling 8.5 hour youth Muay Thai grading today.

These kids never fail to impress, from first timers experiencing what it's like to perform beyond their comfort zone, to students knowing exactly how challenging a day it will be... and doing it anyway.

A truly special bunch of students, willing to take on what ever comes their way, in pursuit of personal growth.

Nothing short of amazing.
