Mixed Media Collage Workshop with Robyn Ferreira
Create your own textured abstract painting.
This class focuses on playing with layers, textured paint, stencilling and decopauge. Add a touch of gold, a bit of bling a piece of fabric, anything goes. No right or wrong way of accomplishing this project and no experience needed.
Any age welcome. All you need to bring along is your wild imagination.
Leave this class with a wall-worthy art piece and the confidence to tackle the next art project that comes your way.

Annual Tauranga Orchid Show
A chance to luxuriate in a massed display of flowering orchids – and to purchase your own beautiful orchids and other unusual plants from growers around the North Island.
Repotting demos at 11am and 2pm each day, and the Orchid Doctor will be on hand for help with problems at 10.30am and 1.30pm each day, plus TOS members and vendors are only too happy to help with growing advice.
10 am -4pm Entry $5 ( under 12s free)

Walk and Talk en français in Bethlehem

We’ll enjoy a gentle walk for approximately 1 hour around Carmichael reserve. This will be followed by an optional coffee/tea or morning tea at one of the Bethlehem cafés. ☔ In case of rain or storm the walk will be cancelled.

Walk & Talk in French Mount
Join us for a relaxed Walk & Talk en français!
Friday mornings : Last Fridays of the month 9:15am
Meet outside Zone Café, Owens Place (near Bayfair)
We’ll enjoy a gentle 20–25 minute walk to explore the Bayfair Reserve Wetland Restoration Project, followed by an optional coffee and morning tea at Zone Café.
If the weather is stormy, we’ll skip the walk and meet straight for coffee instead.
