Amarii, you represent Toitoi Manawa with mana and pride. You consistently demonstrate your courage when facing challenges and you don’t shy away from difficult tasks. We see your commitment to achieving success, giving your best every time, and we applaud you for that. Keep being the positive role model that you are for your hoa. Me poho kererū, Amarii.

Esme - Team 13
Esme is curious, kind, courageous and she is a noticer. She is always on the look-out for ways to contribute to our classroom, opportunities to support a classmate or ways to show her initiative. She is quick to sense the needs and emotions of others and goes out of her way to provide assistance. Esme also has loads of grit and determination when tackling challenges in her learning. She is going to go far!

Kiana - Room 3
Kiana is an exceptionally kind and caring student who treats everyone with respect and always makes others feel included and valued. She demonstrates remarkable resilience, approaching every challenge with determination, a positive attitude, and a willingness to keep trying. Kiana's kindness, strength of character, and genuine care for others make her a wonderful role model and a highly deserving recipient of this Principal's Award.

Arnav - Room 15
Arnav demonstrates our school values of Whai Whakaaro (Respect), Toi Te Mana (Responsibility), and Whai Kaha (Resilience) each day. He has worked hard to improve his self-management skills by consistently staying focused until his work is completed to the best of his ability. As a result, Arnav has made big improvements in his learning. He makes our class a better place to be with his kindness and willingness to help both his peers and teachers. Dre - Room 21
Dre is a highly engaged learner who approaches new challenges with excitement and a genuine passion for learning. Dre consistently gives his best effort and sets a positive example for those around him. He is a supportive friend who encourages others to make good choices and helps hold his peers accountable in a respectful way. Dre's commitment to learning and his determination to do the right thing make him a valued member of Room 21. Ka pai, Dre! Keep shining and sharing your love of learning!

Mata - Room 11
Mata is an awesome student who lives our school values every day and can be trusted to do the right thing at the right time. He is a fantastic role model and a great friend, always ready to lend a helping hand to his teacher and classmates. He works well with others and steps up to help room 11 learn te reo Māori. He toki koe!

Harrison - Te Tupu - Room 18
Harrison is a fantastic role model in Te Tupu. He consistently demonstrates our school values of whai whakaaro, toi te mana, and whai kaha in all that he does. Harrison is a confident and enthusiastic learner who brings positivity and energy to the classroom every day. He takes pride in his learning, always completing his work to a high standard and striving to do his best. Harrison also shows kindness, empathy, and care towards others, making him a valued member of Te Tupu. Ka mau te wehi, Harrison! He rangatira mō āpōpō!

Charmaine - Room 14
Charmaine is beginning to establish herself as a tuakana in Room 14 by supporting other students and by always showing our school values of Whai Whakaaro (Respect), Whai Mana (Responsibility) and Whai Kaha (Resilience). She is an enthusiastic learner who is focused, quickly settles into tasks and always gives her best effort. Tumeke Charmaine!

Amelia - Room 16
Amelia consistently demonstrates the Fairhaven School values. She is respectful, kind, and caring towards others, and always shows consideration for her classmates and teachers. Amelia is a positive role model who approaches learning with a positive attitude and gives her best effort. Tu Meke!

Ty - Room 8
Ty has settled into kura exceptionally well. He is such an asset in Room 8 where he shows responsibility for his work and belongings, resilience in giving new activities and experiences a go and respect towards all others as well as his environment. It is exciting to see what you will achieve Ty. Ka Rawe!

Kerat - Room 6
Kerat is a consistently kind, caring and helpful member of our class. She approaches her learning with a positive, highly motivated attitude and presents her work of a high standard. Kerat is a good role model - always respectful of others and our classroom environment, a responsible senior leader and showing resilience when trying new things. Ka rawe Kerat!

Brooke - Room 5
Brooke is a remarkably diligent and conscientious student who consistently takes great pride in her learning. No matter the task, Brooke always invests maximum effort and strives to achieve her personal best. She is a deeply kind and empathetic peer who consistently treats others with respect. Her helpful nature and strong sense of responsibility make her a wonderful role model in our school community. Congratulations, Brooke!
