THE QUARTER | WEEK 7 BUILD UPDATE

Great progress on site at The Quarter, Omokoroa.

The first slabs are now down, with the team continuing to work through foundations and preparing for the next stage of construction.

Set within one of Omokoroa’s most desirable residential areas, The Quarter is surrounded by quality homes and is just minutes from the new town centre, local amenities, golf courses and the harbour.

It’s exciting to see the development starting to take shape as we continue to push the programme forward.

A milestone we’re incredibly proud of.

Since purchasing this site in 2019, this project has been through multiple design iterations, a global pandemic, significant changes in construction costs, and one of the toughest residential property markets in recent history.

Despite the challenges, we’ve remained committed to the vision, and today we’re proud to see construction officially underway on Ardea Terrace.

Development projects are often judged by the finished product, but very few people see the years of planning, problem-solving, collaboration and perseverance that happen behind the scenes before the first sod is turned.

We’d like to sincerely thank everyone who has played a part in getting us to this point—our consultants, Tauranga City Council, financiers, contractors, suppliers and project partners. This milestone is a testament to the collective effort of so many people.

We look forward to bringing Ardea Terrace to life and welcoming our first homeowners in mid-2027.
