We always have a lot of interest in our babies room but please note that we currently have a wait list until at least March 2024!
We still have limited spaces becoming available in our over 2's room as our tamariki go to school.

With the current Mount Everest Challenge, the tamariki at Thrive made our own Mauao in the sandpit!
This was a great learning opportunity to talk to the children about how mountains form, Mauao's size, decorate it and then climb the mountain!
In an update to our earlier advice, a State of Emergency has now been declared for the Bay of Plenty region and all schools and childcare centres will be closing.
Thrive will be CLOSED on Tuesday and we hope to see everyone again on Wednesday.

A fantastic evening tonight with a huge turnout to our annual Christmas party.
A children’s concert, kai and then we welcomed Santa who bought gifts. 🎅🎄
Thanks to all the community for turning out on a wet evening and thanks to our teaching team for a lot of mahi behind the scenes!

Happy mother day to our community!
For mother day all the big kids made lolly log balls which we hope you enjoyed. The Pukeko room also drew their mothers portrait and said what they loved about their mother. We hope all the parents of the 4 year olds enjoyed there personal video!
Our babies made made photo frames with ice block sticks with a special photo for mum!

Our children commemorated ANZAC Day by doing a poppy activity using soft drink bottle bases.
One of our tamariki bought in their fathers army hat for show in tell and shared stories about his fathers time serving in the army.
‘They shall grow not old, as we that are
