Children's Circle Early Years Centre

It is with heartfelt gratitude and a definite tinge of sadness that I am farewelling our beloved Children's Circle Early Years Centre .

Since opening the doors in April 2013 we have welcomed many children, families whanau and teachers.

An immense amount of love and care has gone into providing a beautiful, natural, homely setting, allowing children to explore, grow and develop at their own pace supported by a genuine, loving, professional and experienced team of teachers.

Thank you for entrusting your children into our care.
The new owners also have an ethos for providing a nature based curriculum and will continue to provide quality Early Childhood Care and Education here in Welcome Bay.

You will also need a picnic blanket, plates, cutlery, and drinks for your family group.

Spring is in the air and so lovely to be welcoming some warmer weather and lots of sunny days :)

We are celebrating the arrival of Spring with a picnic afternoon tea in the garden on Thursday 14th September at 2pm and extending this invite to our families hoping you will join us for some Spring songs and a shared kai.

We would like to take this opportunity to wish family/whanau and friends both past and present a very MERRY CHRISTMAS and a fantastic year in 2023. Travel safe and enjoy any down time you may have # #

HAPPY SPRING TIME EVERYONE .....
We have updated our opening hours and are now open
Mon-Fri 7.30am until 5.30pm.
We have a few spaces available and are welcoming new children and their families/whānau to join our CC whānau.

Lanterns all lit and ready for our Lantern Walk..... what a beautiful evening we had for our Lantern/Matariki Festival on Thursday 1st July. It's wonderful to share these special times with our Children's Circle whānau.

He hops along, the hare so small
with soft brown fur and ears so tall
So quietly you'd never say
that anyone has been this way.

Between his paws, a basket brown
of rushes woven up and down
and deep inside , what can you see....
some Easter eggs for you and me.

But you'll not see him, for he's shy
and hides away when you pass by.
But in your garden, bright and gay
you'll find some eggs, on Easter Day

Absolutely children need lots of unhurried time and free play time too
