Self-leadership starts within.
Not just with the words we speak to ourselves — but with the food we choose to fuel our body.
So often we eat on the run.
In front of the TV.
While scrolling on our phone.
Barely tasting. Barely noticing.
And yet… food is information.
It either gives us energy, clarity, and focus — or it slowly drains us.
Here’s the truth most people miss:
Eating well doesn’t take more time — it takes intention.
When we’re organised:
• We prep once and eat well for two days
• We bring a homemade lunch instead of grabbing “yellow food” on the go
• We add colour, variety, and ease — food that’s ready to eat
When I met my husband — my soulmate — he bought pies and takeaway every single day.
His health suffered. And so did his bank account.
We did the maths. It wasn’t worth it.
So, I started making big, colourful lunchboxes — made with love.
Cut-up fruit and veggies, ready to eat between jobs.
Little love notes in his lunch.
Fuel that worked for him.
The result?
- More energy
- Better health
- Less money wasted
And the savings? Golf gear — which made him feel even better 😉
