As the term progresses, we have seen a significant decrease in excellent attendance (students who have had fewer than five days absent). 📉

We are here to help. ❤️

We know winter bugs 🤧 and other challenges can make attendance hard. Please keep in touch with the school and reach out early if you need support. 🤝

What an awesome assembly today at our kura! 🌟

We were proud to award our Golden Gourds to students who have been demonstrating Tūmanakotanga and making positive contributions throughout the week. We also celebrated and acknowledged our students who will be representing our kura at the Western Bay of Plenty Cross Country Championships. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Our assembly was made even more special as we celebrated Samoan Language Week and Philippine Independence Day, recognising and embracing the rich cultures that make up our school community. 🇼🇸🇵🇭

We love celebrating culture, achievement, and the success of our tamariki. Ka mau te wehi!

📚 Learning Conferences – Thursday 18 June 📚

Bookings are now open for our Learning Conferences! Please log into HERO and book a 15-minute time slot to meet with your child's kaiako and discuss their learning progress and Mid-Year Report.

🕗 Thursday 18 June | 8:00am – 6:00pm

Important information:
🏠 As all kaiako will be involved in conferences throughout the day, we ask that tamariki stay home before and after their conference time on Thursday 18 June. If this is not possible, please contact the school office before Wednesday 17 June.

Room 3 Whānau
Please note that all tamariki in Room 3 will have their Learning Conferences on Wednesday 24 June from 8:00am – 4:30pm.

As the Room 3 kaiako is unavailable on the scheduled conference day, a separate booking sheet has been created for Room 3 whānau. Please use this booking sheet to select a conference time on Wednesday 24 June.
