Quick fire 🔥 3 gems for 2023

1. Assumptions brought me suffering. Curiosity brought me understanding (curtesy of my friend).

When I asked the right questions, my puku’s feeling was confirmed.

2. Reclamation & embodiment of SOUL + ANCESTRY is and will forever be non-negotiable and non-f**kwithable.

I have compromised this a fair bit in the past…relationships, excuses, mahi….no more.

3. When I acknowledge the significance of my experiences as opposed to belittling them, I get to witness my courage.

Downplaying my life experiences has been keeping me small…I’m ready to share more.

And quietly in the background, I am transforming too. Every retreat I have held has dropped me deeper into my authentic song.

I feel so blessed be apart of witnessing these wāhine grow .

Soul identity 🌀

My soul floats along the stream of liberation that flows gently through a galaxy of planets, moons and stars.

It’s dark, quiet and beautiful.

The silence is healing for me.

Suddenly I am racing through a vortex of light and stars, and I arrive at the limitless possibility of te kore.

Beyond this threshold there are worlds unseen, like that of Atlantis, colorful, vibrant, and multifaceted.

Creatures you have no name for exist here. And although you can’t always put a name to what you see, somehow it feels like home.

I am looped back into deep reverence, serenity, peace and absolute alignment. I am called back into the river that willingly guides me home, into sovereignty and authentic expression.
