Today, Ngā Tirairaka o Huria (AKA the Tauranga Moana Kaumātua Olympic Champs) challenged our Huria Trust Staff to a mini Olympics of our own.

Safe to say, they absolutely lived up to the title ... because we lost 😂 but it was a great morning full of laughs, fierce competition, and plenty of whakawhanaungatanga. Thanks to our amazing kaumātua for keeping us humble. We'll be back for a rematch!

P.S Happy World Hepatitis Day!

This coming Tuesday is World Hepatitis Day 💙

This World Hepatitis Day we want to encourage you to make your health a priority, not just for yourself, but for your whānau. Hepatitis can affect anyone, and often there are no symptoms for years, which is why knowing your status matters.

He taonga te hauora e te whānau. Take the first step and drop in to see us for a FREE Hepatitis C test. It's a quick and easy finger-prick test, and it's worth the peace of mind.

In recognition of World Hepatitis Day on Tuesday 28 July, our Clinic Team will be offering free Hepatitis C (Hep C) testing this coming Monday at the Merivale Community Centre.

Hepatitis is one of the leading causes of liver cancer in Aotearoa and around the world, and many people living with Hepatitis C don't realise they have it. The good news is that testing is quick, simple, and only requires a small finger-prick.

Drop in and see our team for your FREE test!
