Wishing everyone a very Happy New Year!
May it be filled with new adventures, joy and happiness.

It’s been a while since I have posted. The past year has certainly flown by. Yesterday, my baby boy turned one 🥳How did that happen! I can’t say he’s a baby anymore, more like a toddler ..

I started doing a few Pilates exercises when he was first born, especially after my cesarean.. I couldn’t believe how much it affected my body.
A few mums and their bubs would meet up and we’d do a few mini sessions. Then, things were supposed to get easier but suddenly I was having to deal with my own mental health, everything went out the window.

In the past few weeks I have started doing a few daily stretches and focusing on breathing control. I’ve found that just 5 minutes makes a huge difference.

It doesn’t matter if your prenatal or postnatal. Make sure you give yourself permission to put you first and just spend 5 minutes everyday doing a few stretches, exercises or breathing control. If nothing else it will help with relaxation 💕💕

It’s great when you get some awesome feedback 🤩

“I purchased Kirsten’s Online pregnancy Pilates videos back in March/April 2020 when we saw ourselves entering lockdown. I was not pregnant but 8 months post-partum with my 2nd child.
I had suffered with poor core muscles every since my first pregnancy but it was visually noticeable after my second.

I followed Kirsten’s postnatal video everyday for around 2 month. Within a week I saw a remarkable difference in my core. I no longer have a visual separation of my stomach muscles and it has helped me enjoy other fitness that I wasn’t able to do before.

Split stomach muscles are really common in pregnancy and after so I can’t recommend Kirsten’s video enough.”

Trimester Three:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You may find tiredness is creeping up and you may be becoming breathless. Continuing exercise at the stage will help with relaxation and preparation for labour.💕⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
As your baby grows the most over the next few weeks your posture is dramatically changing. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
💕⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Thread the needle is a great way to reduced muscle tension caused by these changes. 💕 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
