First "outside school" event for our Catering Crew. Our team got to work with the amazing Packhouse's Ian and Snowe. Thanks for the invite Capitol Theatre! It was a great experience for our students.

All boys class - so we learnt how to BBQ. Designed their own marinade and did all the H&S training. Delicious beef kebabs, garlic bread and potato salad =boy life 😀

Yr 12 are getting their Mise en Place sorted and made yummy Poke Bowls with our new teacher, Ms Son.

Juniors with a mystery box challenge. Friday fridge clear out had a few "last bits of meat" that needed using. First pic doesn't do justice as to how delicious the meal was - spicy chicken mince on a kumara mash! Very impressive all round
