An open-plan space still needs zones for kitchen, dining, and living areas, and a clear layout helps keep the space social but not chaotic.

Use furniture to define zones, layer rugs or floor treatments for visual cues, incorporate layered lighting, and keep traffic routes clear to maintain an organised, welcoming open plan home.

One of the simplest ways to stick with keto or carnivore? 👉 A shared shopping list. Johan and I use the Notes app on our iPhones—it’s shared and updates live. Whoever’s near the store can grab exactly what we need, no second guessing or messages like “Do we still have butter?” 🙃 It’s a small system that helps us avoid impulse buys and stick to foods that support our goals.
