Time to introduce another Porse Bay of Plenty Team Member...
Kia ora, my name is Bronwyn McAllister. I have been an early childhood teacher for over 30 years and currently have the privilege of working as a programme tutor for Porse-In-home childcare.
There are many aspects of the job I enjoy, but none more so, than seeing the children benefit through in a small intimate environment. The educators I visit, are all passionate about making sure each child is secure, observed for their individual interests, and extended in play, and social aspects of learning.
If you think you could provide an environment like this for children, and are interested in becoming an educator with Porse, please get in contact by phoning 021304580 and I would love to arrange a time to speak to you more fully about this. I am based in Rotorua and the surrounding districts.

It's definitely time to introduce our Bay of Plenty team!
Today we are introducing the amazing Hollie Hauraki one of our Visiting Teacher for the Bay of Plenty Region.
Hollie says, "After teaching in the ECE sector in centres for 18 years, I decided that it was time for a change and decided that a Visiting Teacher role with PORSE was the perfect fit, I have been working in this role for the past 3 1/2years now and enjoy the ever changing space of Homebased ECE. I particularly love to share my passion for children to learn through play and to be confident and self-driven lifelong learners, through natural and authentic play experiences. I am a proud mum of four children (Thade 20, Teah 16, Brae 14 & Kyah 11) and I can’t forget my fur babies, an English Bulldog (Bruno) & a Rottweiler (Honey) . I am so honoured to be a part of the PORSE team and to be working alongside others who share the passion for quality home-based education. Each day I see the passion and enthusiasm of my educators and nannies, as it shines through in their programme and care of the tamariki. It is a pleasure to be on this journey with you all.
