We had a lovely weekend at Dance Institute comps … thanks team, such a cool comp to do! We aim to go to comps to compete against ourselves , to do better than the last comp and to come off stage knowing we couldn’t have done any better. It’s not about the awards but we are very grateful that some of our dancers were recognised :

Alice for Under 8 Encouragement Ballet

Seraphina for 8 and Under 10 Encouragement Ballet

Isla W winning 8 and Under 10 Ballet and Modern Scholarship

Lucy for Most Personality on stage

Marlee for Most Promising Jazz Dancer Under 12 and Encouragement Award for 10 and Under 12 Ballet

Willow winning Ballet Scholarship and sharing winner of Jazz Scholarship for 14 and Over and Most Entertaining Solo for her Contemporary .

We are very proud of all our dancers and their hard work and commitment 💛🖤

A sad day for us as we say goodbye to Sophie VDB. Sophie is an OG of Turning Pointe and a student of Mrs. Wilson’s since forever … along with her sisters Charlotte and Holly. She is heading to St. Peters where she will have Miss. Wilson keeping an eye on her as her Boarding Assistant😂 Sophie always gives us a giggle and we will miss her in Pirouette lessons ! Massive thanks to all the VDBs for everything they have done for us . We will miss you Sophie ###x
