By creating an atmosphere of manaakitanga, we believe that every child is empowered to become a confident, intentional learner secure in self-esteem, independence, social competence, and cultural identity. We see our role as nurturing each child’s uniqueness by weaving together whanau aspirations with educational outcomes.

Get those bodies dancing, it's so much fun.

Have you noticed how pēpi and tamariki are usually drawn to dancing and movement?

Moving, finding rhythm and repeating actions helps pēpi and tamariki grow their communication by working on combined skills as they process what is being sung or said. It engages many areas of the brain at once making learning more robust.

🥁It helps them work on motor skills linking words to sensations in the body

We hope you all enjoyed a restful and refreshing break, filled with time to recharge, reconnect, and create special memories with those you love. As we open our doors once again, we are so excited to welcome our tamariki back into spaces filled with laughter, learning, aroha, and discovery.

To our kaiako – thank you for the care, commitment, and manaaki you bring each day.

To our whānau – thank you for the trust you place in us and the partnership we share.

To our tamariki – We can’t wait to see your smiles, hear your stories, and walk alongside you as you grow and learn.

Lunch for my 6 month old. Courgette and quinoa fritters - trying to make sure I add fibre and nutrient rich things in his food where I can. With some homemade tzaziki and cucumber boats. Tzaziki is so easy to make and last a few days in the fridge.
