Simply Serendipity Kia ora koutou. I am a qualified teacher of over 20 years. I am passionate about teaching and learning and love working with children of all ages.

I offer small group sessions for homeschooled children and 1:1 tutoring, covering both Literacy and Numeracy Contact me to discuss small group sessions for homeschooled children on Monday and/or Wednesday,

Literacy lessons follow a Structured Literacy approach, where will students learn;
reading, writing, comprehension, handwriting, spelling, oral language. Numeracy sessions focus on; problem so

lving, counting and ordering numbers, understanding numbers and the number system, place value, understanding addition and subtraction, understanding and using mental calculation strategies, understanding and using the times tables and strand topics such as; understanding fractions, telling the time, geometry, statistics etc. You can also contact me to discuss 1:1 tutoring in either Numeracy or Structured Literacy.
