Looking for a way to get involved in your community? There are over 28,000 jobs available across Aotearoa New Zealand for the 2026 General Election.

The Electoral Commission is looking for people from all backgrounds and levels of experience. No previous experience is needed — full training is provided, and all roles are paid.

Whether you’re new to the workforce, looking for some extra work, or an experienced leader, there could be a role for you.

📅 Election Day: Saturday 7 November
🗳️ Advance voting begins: Monday 26 October

Roles vary from several weeks of work through to Election Day only, providing plenty of options to suit different availability.

We have a limited number of discounted desexing slots available for dog owners who may not be able to afford the full cost.

Desexing has many benefits. It can help your dog live a healthier life and plays a crucial role in preventing unwanted litters. Every year, countless dogs and pups across New Zealand end up in shelters waiting for homes.

The reality is, there are already more dogs than there are families to take them in. By choosing to desex your dog, you’re helping reduce the number of puppies being born into uncertain futures. 💛
