I’m so proud to announce that I have successfully completed a one year Structured Literacy professional development course.

It focused on individual and group intervention - which is fantastic because that’s the teaching I love to do!

The amount of learning I have gained is too huge to put into words - and it’s just the beginning. I am continually trying to learn more so my tutoring students can achieve successfully with confidence.

Term 1 was a very busy term with Sharon Ward Tutoring!

We had over 20 Monarch Butterflies hatch successfully. The life cycle is always intriguing- from a teeny tiny egg through to a beautiful butterfly - l’m looking forward to the next season already.

There has been a lot of fun and learning through a number of science experiments - from crystal growing, milk marbling and volcanoes. This provides a great backdrop for reading and writing ☺️
