With graceful walks, confident smiles and well-thought of outfits, every ELIte showed that first impressions were all about more than just looks, but they were all about personality, ambition and authenticity.

One after another, ELItes walked the runway with elegance and purpose in mind and thus the runway served as the venue for their personalities to be highlighted. Every outfit had its own story to tell while every step showcased confidence and boldness. Aspiring icons had an opportunity to create impressions beyond the runway by taking advantage of the platform to showcase themselves.

With the grand awarding getting closer, excellence was recognized and remarkable achievements were awarded. Applause resounded for both winners and participants of the event who presented their ideas with confidence and creativity. The debut of the ELI GALLERIA 3rd Season has been the expression of all creative efforts of its participants. Not only do the costumes reflect their individual nature and the confidence of the person wearing them, but also their desire to go offbeat and to create something unique. It is through avant-garde silhouette and unique details that all works of art become avant-garde fashion itself.

𝕴t is with immense distinction that we unveil the 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒓𝒕𝒆𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒉 𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒖𝒈𝒖𝒓𝒂𝒍 𝒎𝒂𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒑𝒊𝒆𝒄𝒆 to grace the halls of the ELI Galleria.

"𝗦𝗶𝘇𝘇𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗦𝗮𝘂𝗰𝘆: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗦𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗴𝘂𝘀" by 𝑻𝒐𝒃𝒊𝒏1485 is a very popular and comforting Filipino fish dish. The word "sarciado" comes from the word sarsa, which means sauce. This dish is all about a delicious, thick tomato sauce poured over fried fish. It is simple, tasty, and goes great with warm rice.

Sarciadong Bangus is a classic comfort food in Filipino homes. It is a great way to use everyday ingredients to make something special. People often cook fish this way to turn simple fried fish into a rich, saucy meal. By cooking fresh tomatoes, garlic, and onions together, you get a savory sauce that soaks right into the fish. It is a warm and hearty meal 𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲.

Vegetables: Fresh chopped tomatoes

Seasonings: Salt and Ajinomoto seasoning

A plate for the tomatoes

Detailed Step-by-Step Cooking Guide:

Step 1: Heat the Oil

Put your pan on the stove, turn on the heat, add cooking oil, and let it get hot. Parang sa pag-ibig, kailangang dumaan muna sa init para maramdaman mo ang pagbabago. Huwag kang matakot sa apoy, dahil diyan magsisimula ang magandang simula.

Step 2: Fry the Fish

Put the fish slices carefully into the hot oil. Fry them until they look lightly cooked, then take them out and set them aside. Take them out? Minsan kailangan mo munang lumayo at dumaan sa hirap para masubukan ang tibay niyong dalawa. Hindi sapat na minahal mo lang, kailangan mo ring dumaan sa mga pagsubok at init ng sitwasyon para patunayan na matatag kayo bago kayo magpahinga.

Step 3: Cook the Tomatoes

In the same pan, cook your chopped tomatoes until they become soft and juicy.

Tulad din iyan sa ating mga buhay, may mga taong akala mo matigas sa una, pero kapag binigyan mo ng tamang panahon at init ng pagmamahal, lalambot at lalambit din ang mga puso nila para sayo.

Step 4: Add Tomato Sauce

Pour in the tomato sauce and mix it well with the cooked tomatoes.

Ang buhay, parang paghalo ng sarsa, minsan kulang sa kulay, kaya kailangan mong dagdagan ng tamang timpla para maging masaya at makulay.

Step 5: Simmer with Water

Add a little water, salt, and seasoning. Let the mixture bubble and simmer until it turns into a thick sauce.
Tulad sa relasyon, lahat ay dumadaan sa pakulo at pagsubok, pero sa dulo, kung may tamang lambing at timpla ng pag-unawa, lumalapot at tumitibay din ang pagsasama.

Step 6: Finishing touch

Put the fried fish back into the pan so it soaks up the sauce. Scoop it onto a plate.
