Please join us in celebrating our very own, Qyl Remorozo, in his conquest in winning the Lincoln Rotary Inter School Quiz held in Lincoln University last 19 May 2026.

Qyl won 1st place in Year 5 and 6 category and finished 3rd place overall from Year 5 to 8, which was participated by 21 schools.
That's a sweep!

In Kumon, Qyl is currently in Level E and sitting at KIS (Kumon International Standard).

His achievement is a testament of his competitiveness and confidence. Kumon Rolleston is very honoured to be part of your success!

Hi everyone!

Kumon Rolleston would also like to congratulate all the students who levelled up in their worksheets, keeping up with their goals to reach KIS (Kumon International Standard) or even ASHR, and for being resilient to unleash their full potential!

And, of course, to all the parents who are continuously partnering with us and staying committed to our shared objective for these kids – to become competent in Maths and/or English, a cut above the rest!

As you can see, our number of students who reached KIS and qualified in 1-Year ASHR are exponentially growing, which is a very good indicator that we are keeping our promise and making a difference!

Our next qualifying month is in June and will be out in August.

We don’t make these kids better overnight.
It’s a journey.

Give way to our Frontrunner – Zachary!

This bright kid needs no introduction.

Last year, “Zachary” was the only name that you will find in the 2-Year ASHR list. Well, he simply did it again! Only this time, in the 3-year ASHR! Yes, you read it right, he is the lone titan in that list!

Zach achieved all these within 12 months, from pre-KIS to 3-Year ASHR.

He is ranked 76th out of 428 Year 5 Kumon students in New Zealand.

In his school, he is three (3) years ahead in Maths class. Meaning to say, while his mates are learning addition and subtraction (Level B), Zach is in (Level H) solving simultaneous equations like a pro!

Keep on trailblazing, Zach! The 5-Year ASHR is waiting for you.

The Luminous, Faustina!

Well done on your back-to-back awards in Maths and notching your spot in 1-Year ASHR for English! What a great momentum right there.

Another quiet achiever who is simply capitalizing on being consistent with a good study habit.

Out of all Year 3 Kumon students in New Zealand, she is ranked 195th out of 316 (Maths) and 113th out of 127 (English).

In her school, she is one (1) year ahead in Maths and English class. While her classmates are learning Addition and Subtraction, Faustina is already perfecting her Division skills in preparation for Fractions.

With this pace, there’s no reason you won’t hit your target in the next qualifying months!

Give it up for another student who made it on 1-year ASHR list!

Apart from being consistent, Aayan is quite keen to progress further due to his enthusiasm for completing worksheets in volume as much as he can. His ability to self-learning his sheets contribute to advancing ahead of time!

He is ranked 358th out of 486 Year 6 Kumon students in New Zealand.

In his school, while his peers are doing fractions, he is already mastering basic Algebra. How about that?

Rehaan is mentally agile and does not waste time. Focused on his completing his worksheets confidently all the time! That’s what makes him regular in our ASHR.

He is ranked 53rd out of 135 Year 2 Kumon students in New Zealand.

In his school, he is one year ahead of his peers. While everyone does addition and subtraction, he is grinding on his multiplications!

The Wunderkind – Charvik!

This awesome boy started his journey in one of Kumon trial campaign last year. In just nine (9) months, he just didn’t manage to hit his KIS target – he exceeded it ahead of time!

He is ranked 218th out of 316 Year 3 Kumon students in New Zealand.

In his school, he is one (1) year ahead among his peers. While everyone is learning addition and subtraction, Charvik is having fun solving his multiplications like a walk in the park!

Keep that momentum high, soon you’ll be in 2-Year ASHR.

Here she goes again, The Prodigy – Isla!

Watch out for this girl as she is revving up to take-off and conquer the next tiers. Next thing you know, Isla is already in our 2-year (even 3-yr) ASHR list!

Quiet, laser-focused and confident.

She is ranked 158th out of 380 Year 4 Kumon students in New Zealand.

In her school, she is one (1) year ahead among her peers. In other words, while her classmates are learning vertical multiplication and division, Isla is already in different time zone mastering fractions and its operations. That’s the gap!

Another student who made it to the 1-year Advanced Student Honour Roll!

Ava has her own rhythm of doing worksheets, especially when it is getting tough. She ensures she understands her worksheets well before moving on. That plays an important role in securing her spot in the ASHR list.

She is ranked 231st out of 275 Year 9 Kumon students in New Zealand.

In her school, she is one year ahead of her peers. While others are just learning basic Algebra, Ava is nailing quadratic and simultaneous equations.

Ever since Mckayla established her learning routine, her progress has gone wild!

When she started in Kumon, our 12-month projection was just to reach KIS (Kumon International Standard). But Mckayla’s grit proved it otherwise by achieving 1 Year ASHR earlier than expected!

She is ranked 35th out of 135 Year 2 Kumon students in New Zealand.

In her school, while her peers are learning addition and subtraction, Mckayla is already having fun doing division like a cinch!
