REUNION PHOTOS
Once our photographers have been through all the photos from across the reunion weekend, the code to access the photos online will be emailed. Southern Snapz did a wonderful job working with us all. It now takes time for them to sort, edit, and get the photos up on their website (2-3 weeks). We will also post again here when they are ready.

Aparima College 50th Reunion Final Programme

Saturday 25th January
12 – 3pm
College Open Day (all registrations):
Pick up your registration and name tag (lanyard) from the college office.
Visit your old classrooms, check out the gym, shoot some hoops, walk the corridors again.
Meet some old class mates and teachers while you wander with family.
Cup of tea/coffee and nibbles provided.
For those who have purchased the full registration – your “gold” lanyard is your entry ticket to the evening function, so hold onto it!

From 7pm – “Main Event” - Marquee and School Hall – Gold (full) Registrations Only (R18)
If you have not picked up your lanyard during the afternoon you can collect as you enter the evening event.
7pm - Pre Event Gathering
Bar available throughout evening. An update – Cash preferred for bar, EFTPOS is also available.
Food provided throughout evening - nibble platters initially, followed by MASH catering continuous supper.
Photographer present throughout evening. For small group photos etc.
8pm Official Welcome
Short Speeches.
Cake Cutting.
9pm – 11pm ish
Band – Triple Shot – Band in the Marquee, hall remains a quieter space for talking.
Continuous Supper provided - MASH Catering.
12 midnight - finish

Sunday 26th January (all registrations)
10.15am Morning tea provided in School Hall.
10.45am Flowers laid (at remembrance plaques outside School Hall)
11am - Remembering and Celebrating - School Hall.
Immediately followed by the official photos including decade groups (School Hall/Marquee).
Those registered will receive an electronic link to photos and the order form after the event.

From 12 noon Riverton Domain / School Fields (families/community/public welcome to the afternoon as we conclude the reunion).
Family Picnic – BYO or support the Pool BBQ.
Games.
BBQ - Riverton Swimming Pool fundraiser (food, drink and ice pops for sale).
Candy Floss.
Huge Rat Race Bouncy Castle – FREE.
Car Display (Car entry $5, proceeds to Riverton Coastguard, prize draws for entries).
