This past year flew by, and it tested us in every direction. It has also taught us more than any year before it.

We are grateful for the support of some incredible people who work quietly in the background, holding this journey and this mission up for a larger cause. Thank you.

Very few people get an opportunity like this, to build something from nothing and to keep building it. That is what makes it special, especially when you look at the bigger picture of what is taking shape here. What comes next is exciting.

May year nine be the most impactful one yet.

Five years ago, a thirteen year old walked into our hangar with a dream. At just eighteen, he has earned his Commercial Pilot Licence. Meet New Zealand's newest Commercial Pilot, Vincent Miller.

It started with a single discovery flight, back when Tie-Upp Aviation had just one aircraft.

This story also shows what a great partnership can do. One built on mutual respect and trust, where both sides commit fully and neither gives up when it gets hard. Vincent's journey is a beautiful example of exactly that.

His dedication and focus at such a young age is an example to everyone around him. His story is proof of what becomes possible when a person commits fully. This is what we are here for, and achievements like this remind us why we started.

Behind this result are people who worked quietly for years to get him there. To his mentors and instructors, thank you for your guidance at every stage.

The journey of learning does not stop here. Vincent will work towards his higher goals, and we have no doubt he will continue to shine.
