My studio is starting to look like a Quilter's dream place to be. When the builders have taken over next week it will look so different. The end result will be so fantastic, with storage to hide some of the necessary bulky 'stuff' I need.

Regarding tomorrow's sewing sessions

Morning,,, we are making a coin purse. You need a piece of outer fabric 12" x 6", lining fabric 13" x 7" and batting the same, (I have loads of batting scraps.)
Thread to match your outer fabric. Your sewing machine. I have the clasps for the purse if you want to get them from me ( $5 )

Afternoon.. Bento box blocks. Fabrics to cut into strips, your choice of width.
Tomorrow will probably be just cutting and preparing.
I look forward to another year of fun projects.

The same patchwork pattern as yesterday's quilt but Jill has used bright Batik fabrics. Both beautiful in their own way.
