For those of you who haven’t seen the update, lovely Sandra Jungen will be starting a Wednesday class from the 20th of feb, time to be confirmed so keep an eye out.

Introducing the newest member to the Shotover Yoga tribe Wilder Christopher Bradley 💙 we are absolutely thrilled with our little button. This wee guy will be on the hip helping mumma get everything back up and running in a new exciting way soon. Hope your all well and had a lovely Xmas and new year break. Lots of love tribe. Laura x

Hi guys.... I can’t really believe it but the term is coming to an end 😢 it’s been almost three years of teaching you every Monday and Wednesday’s. I’ve meet some truly beautiful people and love our yoga tribe we have created together. Students have come and gone and come back but please know every single one of you I appreciate🙌🏻
Our last class at the school before the Xmas break will be Wednesday the 12th.
As you all know from next year starting with the school term ill be in my own wee spot around the corner where I’m so excited to continue what we have already started there and much more.
I truly love what I do, even though these days I’m more like a Yoga hippo 🤰 my passion for my job and my students is something I hold so special to my heart.
Our casual approach and laugh out loud moments during class are the best 😝true authentic Yoga Love 🙏🏻🦋
Please don’t be afraid to message me and stay in touch over the next few months.
Watch out for my updates....

Hey Yogis. I hope you have all had a nice weekend. Sorry for the inconvenience but this pregnant mumma has been hit hard with a virus that ended up me being in hospital Friday night so I’m going to have to cancel tomorrows Monday evening class 😢.
I’m definitely on the mend but need a couple more quiet days to take it easy. Back Wednesday night.
