W**e knowledge put to the test! 👏

As part of their Term 5 W**e Elective class, our Hospitality Management students hosted their own W**e Expo, each showcasing two w**es alongside matching canapés.

Students had the opportunity to demonstrate their understanding of w**e styles, food pairing, flavour profiles and presentation, while putting their knowledge into practice and confidently sharing what they have learned with guests as part of their assessment.

A great effort from our Term 5 students, well done to everyone involved!

Emma is currently completing her internship at Rotorua Canopy Tours, working as a Zipline Guide.

After completing an intensive training period, Emma has recently been signed off as a guide, meaning she can now run tours alongside another guide, a great milestone in her internship.

A highlight so far has been learning from the Rotorua Canopy Tours crew, taking part in company famils and building the knowledge and practical skills needed to confidently guide guests through the experience.
