Since we have been blessed with nice sunny days, our Tamariki are enjoying the challenge of the outdoors. Developing their gross motor skills and sharing the small wonders they are finding. ☀️🌈🥰

Sink or float water play and science experiment is the new favourite here at Mama Bear! The tamariki enjoyed learning that buoyant toys float and dense toys sink. 🧸💦🌈

Painting with cars 🎨🚗🚙

We had so much fun today in our playgroup at Plunket. Our tamariki were learning all about islands while doing painting, arts and water play. 🎨💦🏝

Our tamariki enjoy playing dress up! Trying different costumes while exploring their imagination and building vocabulary and social skills. 🌈🥰

Our tamariki has been showing interest in transport so this week we decided to make a car garage with ramps.
We also made some paper plate cars using paint and glue and they had a blast! 🚗🚙🎨🧸

These activities improve their fine motor skills, social development, imagination and creativity, while having heaps of fun too!

Our tamariki has been busy playing with sensory bottles and play dough! Exploring their senses, learning about sink and float, colours and shapes. 🌈🥰
