Thursday nights at Te Atamira
7pm Intermediate Class
8pm Beginners Class then Freestyle until 9:30pm
FIRST TIMERS OFFER: 5 classes for $50 (t&c’s apply) Thursday nights at Kapa Tahi Studio at Te Atamira, Dart House, Remarkables Park
Intermediate Class at 7pm
Beginners Class at 8pm
Freestyle (practice time) after beginners class (~8.45pm)
Partners are welcome but not necessary.

This exercise would be great to get your arms flowing, especially fr follows but also for leads. By getting your body used to these kind of actions, you might find more flow come into your top line when dancing. Also a great brain workout!!!

Originating in the 1980s, Modern Jive blends elements of various dance styles, making it a fun and supportive space for all skill levels to shine.
