The past fortnight at Mountain Club.
Yesterday we were gifted with snow! Beach Street filled for the Creative & Culture Hui lead by Three Lakes Cultural Trust - arts advocates from across the country alongside Queenstown Lakes' decision-makers, exploring the future of creativity and culture in our district. We welcomed the NZ Global Women network for an evening of leadership stories, and Money Hub brought their Wealth Summit VIP evening to the club.
The fortnight pivoted to the mountains. Into the Backcountry brought IFMGA-certified mountain guide Will Rowntree, Coronet Peak Ski Patrol's Sam Stevenson, and Otago Southland Rescue Helicopter Trust's Jodie Burton together for a practical alpine safety session.
Two of our MC crew play social ice hockey every Sunday - get along to the rink and support them on the ice. The fortnight closed with a FACE UP x Embody me evening - Olga Newman and Sarah Reid provided a small group through guided experience focused on whole-body wellness and longevity.
Ideas, connection, and a good dose of mountain time. Just another fortnight at Mountain Club. Not a member yet? Reach out to [email protected] to find out more. 300+ events a year. Global network. Brilliant people.
