This Sunday, 11th December, is the annual Mossburn Downriver Dash!

Now’s the time to dust off your running shoes and bicycles. The choice is yours to run 16kms 🏃🏼‍♀️ or bike 23km 🚲 along the Around the Mountains Cycle Trail!

There truly is something for everyone on the Around The Mountains Cycle Trail!

How about enjoying part of the trail as a day trip? The Lumsden to Athol section is 33km long, Grade 2/Easy, and takes about 3-4 hours to complete.

Follow the old rail line as you soak up panoramic views of Mid Dome and the surrounding mountains. You’re in rural heartland so don’t be surprised to find some gates along the way to keep livestock secure 🐑

Nestled amongst rich countryside like an oasis, the halfway point of Five Rivers is an ideal place to rehydrate.
