Te Aratika Industry Training aims to lead successful transition to work programmes in a residential setting toward employment.
We run 11 and 25 day programmes.

Recruitment includes:
Employer presentation
Interviews
Health check
PPE and course uniform fitting

The Programme is designed to equip the candidate with the necessary life and technical skills needed to sustain meaningful fulltime employment.

The Programme consists of the following modules:
Nutrition and hydration training
Building the Team
Compliance training
Technical training
Employment skills training

Happy to meet and host the Training and Employment group CHB (Central Hawkes Bay) today out at Te Aratika Lodge.

We had the pleasure of hosting a Team building day for the TUMU Timber - Building Futures programme out at the Lodge last week.
Starting with Cooking together, team building activities outside and a few mind games and charades inside to end the day.

Arriving and completing their pre-employment program. Tommorrow the Team completes their work readiness course to see them start employment on Monday with Te Aratika Drilling.

Traffic Management. The Team completed their first 2 modules for Traffic Control with Wayne Stokes Kia Tupato this week.
